How Ive been exercising and having time out over the last few days
YAYE Im exercising again. Thanks My Trier for lending me your bike for up to 45 minutes a day. Thanks Mr Wonderful for allowing the time out
IM looking at getting a bike of my own and a bike seat for the Little Man too
