Week in Review

Except it wasnt. I started the morning crying for a bloggie friend whom has advanced lung cancer.

Today did recycling and washed some clothes

This afternoon we went over to Mr Wonderful parents for dinner it was nice – roast beef, veges and pavola

In the mornings I make the breakfasts. Then take Mr Wonderfuls into him, in bed. I call Our Home schooler to the table. Our Little Man decided he wanted cereal this morning so I poured him a plate and handed it to him. Well!! That cheeky young man wouldnt take it. He walked off towards the bedroom and pointed at where he thought I should take his breakfast!!!

 

 

after school today Mr Wonderful took the boys out in the car and I got the washing off the clothes line, folded it and put it away Now our lounge looks like a lounge again

while Our Home Schooler and I home schooled this morning Mr Wonderful and Our Little Man mowed the lawns

Mr Wonderful brought us lunch

and Our Little Man decided to have it outside

this afternoon he went out with his daddy and this is what he got up to

Im also very very pleased with my home schooler for what he did after school today check it out over here

Thank Goodness Its Friday

Starting at 9 pm last night and not finishing till mid morning today our noisy neighbors across the road have talked yelled to each other, played loud music and I for one for shattered. I rang noise control at 3 am but it does no good. I tell you if we werent locked into staying a here a year Id be house hunting. We did home school this morning and I was so pleased to have the afternoon off – we swim on a Friday afternoon. Which we did it was nice. We also got the chance to try a pair of flippers on. Either My Home Schooler nor myself have used them before and boy can you go fast with them on.

Mr Wonderful was talking about ET and the moon

Our Little Man was chatting nonstop about a neighborhood cat that he likes

Quite an educational time though as they found things in the dark using their touches

After church today popped into Dees. There was no one around but all the windows and doors were open and their outside radio was going. I left her a note and locked everything up for her. I dont really going to her house when its been left like that it kinda freaks me out. dunno why it just does. They have a computer one would think she would lock up. Hope she rings me soon.

Yesterday I received a new top I brought on Trademe. Im wearing it today. Been a long time since I brought brand new clothes for myself. This is quite a differnet top for me to wear and very comfy. Im wearing it with the necklace Katie made me:)

Week in Review

An interestingly green day was had go on over to my home schooling blog

and tonight we had Irish Stew and green milk for dinner followed by some more of the muffins

Mr Wonderful is half Irish

This morning we took Mr Wonderful over to the hospital to his get his eyes tested

Then we went to his parents house

Our Little Man liked the exhibition as he likes things that go round

After school went to see Dee and ended up having coffee with her mil Dee has been in hospital since last Friday with pneumonia which the hospital thought to start with was terminal cancer

Took Our Little Man shopping tonight with me while My Home schooler was at sea scouts

It was ok thou i do prefer going alone and BOY was the supermarket packed!!!!! Everyone is stocking up for the long Easter weekend

Our Little Man and Mr Wonderful went to one of his sisters for the day to do some computer work for them

My home schooler and I went over to Dees and had her kids for a couple of hours

If your a praying person please pray for Dees 21 year old son he tried to commit sucide

When the kids had gone home I cleaned the house for the week and did the washing

 

I went to bed last night with a sore throat I woke this morning with the flu

I am aching all over (i feel like someone is standing on my chest and on my back and that someone is playing tug of war with all my limbs), coughing, have a runny nose. Taking it very easy. Mr Wonderful has gone to help Our Home schooler with his turn on the Sea Scout BBQ they are fund raising. Bless Mr Wonderful.

Taking it easy again today. Feeling a little better. Wouldnt run a marthon though

Mr Wonderful went to church alone – his choice

While he was gone I wrote a summary for this terms home schooling work. I believe education is a cumulative process and it was nice to see how much we have achieved this term. This post shall be posted at the end of the term in approx 3 weeks.

Our Little Man enjoyed some water play (and yes I had a little play too – thanks Hay for telling me about this program)

for lunch we had resurrection buns for the first time ever

finished  the week off with a hot 45 minute soak in the bath reading a In Touch Magazine (that a church friend gave me along with a whole lot of others recently) about Easter and drinking quince juice
