Yesterday  morning we took the boys across the road to watch the trucks go by.

Everything was fine until

CRASH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

only 2 trees away from where we were standing. 4 trucks and at 2 cars had banged into each other.

Mr Wonderful ran one way I the other.

Mr Wonderful ran to make sure everyone was ok. I ran the other way to try to get the traffic to slow down. My Trier looked after My Little Man. I met up with some Maori wardens and asked that they help control the traffic. Mr Wonderful and I helped them.

In the afternoon we went to where the trucks had gone. Mr Wonderful talked to a cousin of his, a fireman and we found out that it was a boy racer that had caused the trouble this morning. Hed pulled out in front of a truck!!! Blimin boy racers!!!

I thank God for protecting us and everyone else. The accident was so close to us. If the accident had occurred just a little closer, if the beach access had been closer to us we could have so easily been hurt or worse.

  2. yeah it is quite a scary experience isn’t it? Sometimes outside my work, we wonder if cars that screech around the corners are going to come through the windows, they are that crazy!

  6. Thank God nobody was hurt! It could have been much worse if not for His hand of protection over you and yours.

Have a blessed rest of your Sunday. It’s still only 10:22 pm Saturday night here. 🙂

Thank you for your prayers, Jen. It means so much to me.

    Love and big (((Hugs)))
