I found these the other day and they sum up my

attitude towards life and my blog

I think about what I say on my blog

even to the point of will this be accepted ok. Will people judge me. Where will some posts lead me – into hot water. Will people still like me. (I do suffer from low self esteem thanks to the way I was brought up). THANKS so much for your supporting comments yesterday. They made my day. U guys are awesome.

Blogs where the author swears and have

unwholesome content tend to really turn me off

Blog authors can still I believe get their point

across without being rude or offensive

What does your blog say about U???

  1. I think you know by now that my blog is about as family friendly as they come! Foul language and angry rants turn me off as well, and we won’t even talk about pornography!

  3. I saw this at Joeprah’s blog as well. I think our blogs reflect on us as well, don’t you think?

  6. Amen to everything you said! My blog, too is rated G, and I’m proud of that fact. Profanity will send me away from a blog very quickly.

  7. That’s why I have three blogs, two family friendly and one where I can express myself without worrying what other people think. I think as long as you are true to yourself, then however you choose to express that is okay by me. I try not to discriminate, for example, I’m not religious myself but I don’t mind reading religous content in blogs and I respect other peoples faith. :0) Keep up the thought provoking posts Jen!

  9. Absolutely agree, Jen. I almost did not accept my new job because the employer had second thoughts about bloggers. You know, the bad things some bloggers said and broadcast on their bloggies. BUT, there are also many other GOOD and EDIFYING bloggies like yours. Keep on blogging, dear friend!
