This afternoon took the boys to the local pools

had a picnic lunch too

This afternoon the boys and I walked (My Trier rode on his bike and My Little Man was pushed in his pushchair) over to post office posted a couple of trademe parcels away then had afternoon tea. I chose a feta and spinach muffin (I dont believe in eating cakes when Im on my walk) and a V. Then we walked home again.

Had a wonderful lunch at My Trier’s teacher’s (from last year and now dear friend of mine) house. She lives with her mum they are both teachers (one retired) and it was refreshing to know that there are some teachers out there that know that mainstream schooling isnt for all. That home schooling is acceptable. Good company, good lunch ๐Ÿ™‚

When I was preparing dinner our Little Man had a close encounter

Off his own back My Trier decided to save Mr Wonderful a job

This evening (its daylight saving here) I went for a ride on my own. Thought Id found a shortcut so walked along through some scrub until I decided it was too hard and had to retrace my steps. Went a long way although it was good.

This morning My Trier and I rode into town and got some stuff from the Emporium then we rode home again

Tonight a friend came over to play on Mr Wonderfuls computer she stayed for dinner it was nice.

breakfast. I got this off Susannes blog some time ago. I hadnt told the boys what i was doing. My Little Man thought it was dinner time again and sat up to the table, My Trier asked endless questions hoping for a clue as to what i was doing but my lips were sealed :).

Breakfast

church

I was on creache and meet a lovely mother whom stayed with her child. They are dutch and havent been in New Zealand long. I thanked God for putting me on this duty today. Sometimes Id much prefer to be in the church listening to the sermon but I enjoyed getting to know this lady and her son this morning.

This afternoon unexpected visitors called by and My Little Man and one of the ladies (whose training to be a preschool teacher had great fun). My Trier spent the afternoon at one of his friend’s houses.

  10. Wow what a busy week you had! Mine would read the same for most days! I do like your daily variety and miss having that with having to work!

The pool looks like fun but for now I will just enjoy my snow outside and think of the pool!

  11. I almost shivered when you mentioned going to the pool — I forgot our seasons are opposite. We’re experiencing our coldest weather so far this winter.
