The Mouse

Filed under: Home and Family — by my3boysandi @ 7:58 am

A conversation over breakfast

My Trier: I found a mouse on the side of the road last night

Mr Wonderful (who was a bit absent minded after a late night out and working on his computer): mm

My Trier: I kicked it with my foot. . . it moved

Mr Wonderful: lucky you

My Trier: It was dead. I brought it home.

My Trier (getting up): Where is it Mum?

Me: In my jeans pocket, on the chair in my room

Mr Wonderful: Oh my gosh, Im going to be sick!!!

This is where I dissolved into fits of giggles as My Trier went to get it

Mr Wonderful (looking around at me): whats wrong with you?

Me (shouting to My Trier between giggles): Put it in the washing machine!

  14. That was a hilarious story! I’m so glad I clicked on the mouse pic, I didn’t figure you’d send us on a gross treasure hunt! πŸ˜‰

Btw, my daughter’s ultrasound went as expected. There is a splinter in there, which the podiatrist says will require surgery, but the alternative therapy gal we’re going to for a second opinion, is optimistic that maybe the cyst will resolve itself. She is going to do some more research and let us know. Thanks for your prayers!
