This afternoon after home schooling we all blopped out in the lounge and watched the TV

Our Little Man is still requesting to watch the Two Brothers and he has a “remote”domino.jpg

He stood in front of the TV and pushed the dots on the remote 🙂

tuesday-1.jpg

Im shocked surprised and dismayed

yesterday afternoon while we were blopping out in front of the TV we heard a whack whack whack

Mr Wonderful and I looked at each other wondering what it was

eventually I decided to investigate

there was a man next door whacking two posts into the ground and to the posts he was securing a sign

after he left My Home Schooler and I (followed up the rear slowly and at a distance by Our Little Man) went to see what was on the post

It seems that the next door neighbours

an older couple who are very nice people are moving out

this is the same couple that have just put in new concrete

whom seemed so settled

We knocked on their door but alas they were out

have they finally . . . already had enough of the noisy across the road neighbours???

They came home just as we were finishing our slightly early dinner

I didnt want to disturb them

They might be eating theirs

where are they going?

Why are they going?

Dont go

we dont know anyone else on this street

dont let a houseful of noisy neighbours drive you from your home

surely we can do something about them

I intend to chat with them later today

they are very nice neighbours

and Im praying that if they indeed are going as unfortunity is seems they are

that we get just as nice new neighbours

we are locked into this house agreement for a year

I do hope we dont get more noisy rough neighbours

surely if someone is going to buy their house it would be someone with money

someone nice with money

maybe a nice family with a couple of kids our own kids age

but it will be sad to see Pru and Doug leave

Well have to help them if we can

it would be a big job to pack everything when youve been in your house for years and years

why do they have to go????

This morning went for a 29 minute bike ride to get milk

playgroup

home schooling

taglogonew.jpg

went grocery shopping with Mr Wonderful and Our Little Man tonight while Our home schooler was at sea scouts

tonight at youth group saw this movie 517490r83yl_ss500_.jpg

it was really good

saturday.jpg

It seems that Saturday morning is turning out to be the morning when I get the majority of my housework done. My Home schooler helped clean the kitchen bless him. When I watered the indoor plants I used one of Mr Wonderfuls beer bottles (an empty one) My Home schooler wanted to know if the plants got drunk on it LOL

If they do they do look healthier than last week end when they were dyeing of thirst

Mr Wonderful took the boys and got a new pillow yes Our Little Man won the argument and now his daddies old pillow

  4. I’ve read all the “Left Behind” books but haven’t watched the movies yet…

I wonder if your quince is the same as ours? Kind of like a hard firm pear, but bigger and rounder, and tastes a bit like pear, but with a citrusy flavor, kind of like an orange taste to it?

Have a great new week, Jen. 😉

    Love and hugs,

    Diane

  7. That’s sad about the older couple moving out. Neighbors can make such a difference in whether you enjoy your own home. Hopefully you’ll get good ones.

I enjoyed the Left Behind books and film, too.
