1.  Getting nice long newsy emails and comments from bloggy friends and family

2.  having our picnic lunch on Wednesday made by My Home Schooler- it was nice and one less thing I had to do

3.  Mr Wonderful coming with us on a home schooling trip – his first 🙂

4. Getting this adward from Alice.  She must know I LOVE LOVE LOVE butterflies.

5.  Today being a holiday in the Bay and a long weekend 🙂  Today is Hawkes Bay Anniversary

  1. Picnic lunches are always lots of fun and how nice that your boy made it for you. Makes it extra special. A holiday today would be very nice! :v)

  6. I love “long newsy emails” too, they are the best. And long weekends… my kids have a 5 day weekend coming up (2 of the 3 of them do) and I can’t wait. YAY Enjoy your weekend!

  8. I am finding since I saw your videos that when I read your posts I think of them with your accent. 🙂

    We loved field trips when we home schooled. I’m so glad you all got to go on one together. And having someone else make a meal is a real treat!

  10. Have a fab weekend, Jen. It sounds like you’re off to a great start. I’m teaching my son to cook, too. Good life skill. Blessings.

    its a very life skill and they will make some girls very good hubbys one day
    although my son reckons hes gonna stay a bachelor and save his $$$
