Last year was a HARD year for me. What got me through was leaning on the Lord. He in fact reminded me too. Also sharing your load with supportive friends can help too.

I write the list then I decide to spend a certain amount of time on the task(s) each day until its done.
This same wise friend reminded me to take time out for myself. I think this is important as I believe by doing this one becomes a better parent.
