Mince Jeanettey (my specialty)

In a large pot cook mince

If you like garlic add to mince

In another pot or pots cook sliced and cut vegetables – (any you have on hand)

When all cooked add the veges to the mince and stir to combine

add soya sauce

and a tin of tomatoes chopped

I added a tin of spaghetti the last time I made it and waited till it had heated through

easy but tasty

  9. jen, love your title.
my friend deb refuses to name any of her cooking attempts until the instant she pulls it out of the oven.
like, burnt-to-a-crisp-cake gets called “barbecued chocolate cloud surprise” or whatever,
    i am less creative.
all my recipes start with “katie’s sexy…” whatever.
    love X

Ive been cooking this for years Katie
I named it then too πŸ™‚
